Accelerator Radio is a new podcast dedicated to telling the inside story of the participants and experiences inside startup accelerators, sometimes called ‘startupbootcamps’. This first episode, produced by Rachel Morrissey & Andy McLean, focuses on Startupbootcamp FinTech Singapore.

We’re delighted to be able to bring you a new podcast series from Accelerator Radio, which will bring you the insiders’ points of view each week, from the administrators, the mentors, the investors, and of course from the startups themselves. The first series is focused on Startupbootcamp FinTech Singapore, a new extension of Startupbootcamp FinTech London.

The fintech industry is booming and investment is expected to continue growing. Investment in fintech was at $3bn in 2013, and this climbed to $12bn in 2014, with expectations that it will rise to $20bn this year. By 2020, $46bn is the projected investment. The companies and players vying for their piece of the pie are hoping to be part of an accelerator program that provides mentoring and invaluable contacts.
