3 ways to boost member engagement and growth in the FI digital arena

Mike Lawson is joined by Keith Riddle from Corporate One Federal Credit Union to talk about boosting member engagement.

We all know technology is changing not only financial services, but life in general on a minute-by-minute basis it seems. But how is it changing your credit union’s member service? Corporate One Federal Credit Union senior vice president and chief product management officer Keith Riddle joins us to share this important information.

Keith’s take is based on his recent CUES Skybox article called Changing at Lighting Speed. We address what constitutes excellent member service, and how it has changed in the last few years to accommodate a more demanding consumer because of technology. Keith provides real-world examples of what other companies such as PayPal and Rocket Mortgage are doing to serve their audience’s changing needs.
